Analyze Wise Innovations was born at the intersection of two powerful truths: that systems don’t change without people, and people can’t change without trust.
Founder Kevin Marino had spent years leading immersive, trauma-informed trainings through The REAL Academy, equipping professionals to feel what families experience inside high-stakes systems. At the same time, his work through Analyze Wise Consulting uncovered deeper organizational fractures—burnout, misalignment, and relational breakdowns that no policy reform could fix on its own.
The realization was clear: training alone wasn’t enough. Insight alone wasn’t enough. But together, they could ignite real change.
In response, Kevin brought together a team of like-hearted visionaries:
